Rizwan Malik, M.D.,MSC,FACOG,FACS.After graduating from University of Southern California, School of Biomedical & Electrical Engineering, with a bachelor degree with honors, Dr Malik attended Boston University School of medicines obtaining an MD degree. Thereafter he completed a residency in obstetrics gynecology & reproductive medicines from the University of Miami school of medicines. To further his education Dr Malik completed a Masters program from Eastern Virginia Medical School.
Dr Malik has special interest in the field of minimally invasive surgery with special expertise in robotic surgery , laparoscopy & hysteroscopic procedures. With practice Philosophy of patient focused medical care Dr malik is well liked by all his patients. Dr Malik holds a clinical faculty position with the department of OB/gyn at Texas tech university school of medicines at Permian basin where he is involved in the teaching of residents and students. Dr Malik has published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals and remains actively involved in clinical research. |
